It’s official! Our very own Tosca Lee has signed on to write her World War II novel, The Long March Home, with Revell—a division of Bakers Publishing Group.
This coming-of-age story is set for a May 2023 launch and was co-authored with fellow bestselling author Marcus Brotherton, who recently wrote the WWII nonfiction A Bright and Blinding Sun.
The Long March Home is set during the Bataan Death March and centers three characters shipped to the Philippines from Alabama. Kelsey Bowen, Revell’s senior acquisitions editor, has proclaimed: “Editing this novel was a highlight of my entire career.” She has called the story “evocative, rich, literary and emotional.”
