M.E. is the lucky winner of Allen Eskin’s latest book, STOLEN HOURS. Allen was a featured guest on the September 20, 2021 Rogue Reads and was kind enough to donate a copy of his latest release to one luck Zoom participant.

STOLEN HOURS features Lila, a new prosecutor, who must battle her own bad memories while working the case of a woman who was brutally attacked and nearly drowned. Lila quickly finds a prime suspect, but that suspect comes very, very well prepared. We know M.E. will find this book hard to put down.

A writer in her own right, M.E. Browning is the Colorado Book Award-winning author of the Jo Wyatt Mysteries and the Agatha-nominated and award-winning Mer Cavallo Mysteries (as Micki Browning). When contacted about her lucky draw, she had kind words about the Rogues.

When I set out to become an author, Rogue Women Writers was one of the blogs that was frequently recommended to me by other authors. I was inspired by the craft tips, profiles, and insider knowledge of espionage that came from a group of women who were successfully doing the very thing I aspired to do. Over the years, the lineup of authors has changed a bit, but I’ve had the good fortune to have either met or become familiar with the work of all the authors who contribute to Rogue Women Writers. Along the way, I published several of my own books, but I still follow the blog—and I’m still learning from these talented writers.
