A TRIP TO DUBAI

Last November, I went to Dubai, where I found an amazing oasis in the desert. If you think flowers are just for vases, think again!

The Dubai Miracle Garden is flipping the script on floral displays with their jaw-dropping, larger-than-life sculptures made entirely of blossoms. Imagine strolling through a garden where planes, castles, and even beloved cartoon characters come to life through the vibrant hues of millions of flowers.

One of the garden’s showstoppers is the Emirates A380 floral installation – the largest flower arrangement in the world! With over 500,000 fresh flowers and plants, it’s a breathtaking sight that captures the imagination. And who could resist a selfie with the adorable Mickey Mouse sculpture, decked out in colorful blooms?

Opened in 2013, this floral wonderland is a seasonal treat, welcoming visitors from November to May. I was truly dazzled by the floral magic in the heart of the desert!

That is so cool! Dubai is definitely the vacationland of the Middle East, I’ve heard for years.

That is a flower garden to end all flower gardens. I hear they also have an indoor ski area at the mall. Dubai is on my bucket list!
